Using a template

This is fun, helping Angela customize a blog. I am trying to use a template and customize it. In the process I also learn more about CSS. The professionell webdesign projects I am invloved in. I usually use an "unholy mix of CSS and tables. That means, I position with very simple tables, but format everything with CSS.

Right now I wonder if the Blogger navbar is mandatory or if we can turn it off. I have read on the web that there are some code snippepts to make it invisible, but I don't want to violate Bloggers terms of use or disappoint them. I think i will write them and ask...

Building this blog

Can blogging be something for my girlfriend Angela? She has long asked me to build something for her, and as she has lots of insights and thoughts to share, and friends all over the world, maybe a blog can be what she wants?

Most fun would be to build something from scratch, but as I am a designer and no programmer I am starting with Blogger and see where that can take me.
