Building this blog

Can blogging be something for my girlfriend Angela? She has long asked me to build something for her, and as she has lots of insights and thoughts to share, and friends all over the world, maybe a blog can be what she wants?

Most fun would be to build something from scratch, but as I am a designer and no programmer I am starting with Blogger and see where that can take me.
